For more than thirty years, Keistuolių Theatre has been operating in the Spaudos rūmai building (Laisvės Ave. 60) located at the intersection of Karoliniškės and Viršuliškės.
With the implementation of the project “Keistuolių teatro modernizavimas,” funded by the European Regional Development Fund, the reconstruction of the building and theater premises has been carried out. Alongside the enormous transformation of the interior and the main hall, completely new spaces, including an additional hall, have been opened to the public and theater staff.
Capacity of up to 450 After two years of reconstruction, the renovated stage of the Main stage of the Keistuolių teatras is illuminated by more than 100 new spotlights during performances. The lighting system of the Great Hall of the Freak Theater is unique and there is no other like it in Lithuania. Main stage integrates a system from one of the world's acoustic system leaders, Meyer sound, as well as the new SoundGrid and Dante technologies. These systems create ideal conditions for chamber or louder musical performances.
Capacity of up to 100 The sound of the hall is provided by the ElectroVoice chamber system, which allows for chamber performances.
